Our regular booking periods are as follows:

· January to June: 6 Months

· August to December: 5 Months

· August to February: 7 Months

· August to June:  10 Months

· P3 , P4, P5 Exchanges: 2.5  or 4 Months​

· July or Summer : Daily, weekly or for 1 month
 

Terms:

· 1-month deposit & last month pre-paid rent

· Single bookings (house not meant for couples)​​

· Subletting is permitted for campus exchanges.
